Woodhouse Removals was founded in 1956 by Jim Woodhouse in Devonport Tasmania. (Check out the phone number on the original truck !)
Having also managed Wridgways Tasmania since then, Jim moved operations to the Gold Coast in 1979.
His hard working ethic, and friendly, generous manner has built a solid foundation for what we are today.
Jim and Rita sold out to their son, Peter, and wife, Kim.
Jim just turned 80, is fighting fit, and still does the occasional quote !
Peter and Kim continue in the family tradition of providing careful, courteous service and a reputation based on trust, integrity, and good old fashioned values.
